Week 1 on #EDCMOOC

I enrolled in this course kinda late so it was a little bet harder for me to catch up with all the materials. But gotta admit that I've never enjoyed a lecture as much as i enjoyed this one.

this week's hangouts is here in here on the link below:

I think being able to see the instructors live is diffidently a good touch. It gives a since of Authority and kinda make's the course legit, at least in our minds. But i'm totally against that the instructor or the teacher is the one who's doing all the work. It's like opening up the student's mind and FORCING the information in. But the way in this course is way better. The only job that the instructor does is INSTRUCTING, giving guidance, just simply sending us on the right direction. And then it's up to us to continue and follow the instructions. By giving us the freedom to search and learn in our own pace and our own way, they've done us a great favor. I'm totally digging this style of teaching.

Best regards and thanks for reading....xoxo

Recently I've been enjoying this MOOC thing which is ( Massive Open Online Courses ). I mean it's not like i just knew about. I've been hearing about online courses a lot but I haven't tried it until recently. Never thought it was that easy and interesting.

who thought that attending lectures would be this fun. of course when you choose to enroll in a class that you are really interested in, and you really want to learn about, you WILL enjoy and value every second of it. and that is what makes MOOC special. the fact that you are the one who decides, instead of feeling forced to take a class that you have no interest in what so ever; makes you work your best in covering the material needed.

I really like this being in control thing for I'm a free spirit. I function a lot better when I'm free and having control.

and this is a really good video that demonstrate what MOOC is really about:

Best regards and thanks ... xoxo

My First Post

This post is dedicated to the one who encouraged me to write. Maybe not directly but by always telling me how good my papers are and how much they've enjoyed it.

I'm not that good of a writer but i like to express my thoughts in my own way. I'll be posting mostly about things that I'm encountering in my daily life and would like to throw my very humble opinion on.

So here i go ... xoxo
